At Mount Shasta, we gathered in the pines, on the granite, along the creeks, and in circle. Different place, same sacred thing: women remembering who they are, together.
I’m there as a witness. I stay close and let the moments come to me, from a laugh that fills a whole circle to feet in a cold creek. Sisterhood can’t be posed, and I never want to interrupt it.
