As the group photographer for El Camino Travel, a women-led travel company with a big heart, I photographed their journey through Nicaragua.
In Nicaragua, we began in San Juan del Sur with morning yoga, surf lessons and a catamaran to a quiet beach. We moved to Granada for a cooking class, cigars and a boat ride through the islets, then up into the cloud forest at El Bajo for sunrise meditation and a sunset hike. Every morning I delivered 20 to 30 edited photos of the day before, so the group could stay in the moment instead of behind a phone.
